It’s official, Healthy Community Acupuncture is now part of the blogging universe and we’re glad to be here. For those of you that don’t know and there are a lot of you, we are East County’s only community supported acupuncture clinic and the 1st community supported acupuncture clinic in Southern California.
What is community supported acupuncture, you may ask? In a nutshell, it’s AFFORDABLE acupuncture. Why is that important might be another question you may have. Well, people in the U.S. are just beginning to learn that acupuncture can help them alleviate numerous health concerns. Unfortunately, they’re also learning that most acupuncture in the U.S. is EXPENSIVE. Why is such a simple, elegent and extremely useful form of medicine largely invisible to the American public and when it is available almost impossible for most people to afford? The answers to those questions will take numerous blogs to answer- and with time we’ll get to it. But for now, let’s simply say our clinic has been providing affordable, quality acupuncture since we opened our doors in April 2007.
We’ve solved the affordability issue with the way we do business. If you can afford $20-$40 a treatment, we’re here for you.
This blog is about trying to solve the invisibilty issue. We’re here and we’ve treated thousands of patients happily and successfully. They love us, we love them and we’re reaching out for more… Now we’re reaching out into the great wide web so you can get to know more about us and we can teach you why affordable acupuncture is so valuable for all of us, especially in the economic times we’re facing.
